    Every week you’ll receive a workout plan that is geared toward your lifestyle and fitness level. The plan is simple, but effective and will center around three main workouts.
  • One monthly diet review
    You complete a 3-day food journal, complete with everything you put in your mouth…including candy you swipe off a co-worker’s desk, or a handful of leftovers from your kids’ plates.  The diet review will help get you on track with your diet.
  • One monthly phone or video chat with Traci
    Want to discuss your training plan? Need to tweak something? Or do you have a laundry list of questions related to foods you should or shouldn’t eat. The chat is the time to get your questions answered. Every month we’ll also check in on your progress. Muscle gain, fat lost, inches trimmed – all that stuff. The phone call or chat usually lasts about 15 – 20 minutes.

How does this plan compare with your 40 Day Shape Up?

Workout with Traci is more personalized. There is no focus on body type eating, per se, rather me working with you one-on-one to get you eating healthier and losing weight (if that’s your goal). The workouts are also semi-customized based on your lifestyle (gym, no gym, experience level). I personally train you and have a chance to get to know you, your needs and also track your progress…something we’ll definitely do! The plan is also continuous. We keep working together after the first month. You can stop anytime.

The 40 Day Shape Up is a 40-day plan that includes turnkey high intensity workouts and body type meal plans. Workouts are split up by beginner, intermediate and advanced. And body types include Apple, Pear, Athlete and Babyface. Once the program begins, I’m pretty much hands off. I might pop in every now and then to see how you’re doing, but other than that, you manage your own program by self-selecting your workout level and body type. The cost of the Shape Up is $79. If that’s something you’d like to do, you can sign up here and get going right away. I recommend my Shape Up clients start a binder to keep all their information, because you get A LOT! You’ll receive an email from me nearly every day.

You’ll receive a one week free. This will be reflected in your first month’s subscription. Hopefully, you and I can talk at some point during that time.
