A) 5 Minute Jog/Walk Warm Up
B) 30 Seconds On/30 Seconds Off Fast Pace Run/Jog (repeat x 10)
C) 50 Jumping Jacks
D) 25 Lunges (each leg)
E) 50 Body Weight Squats
F) 20 Push Ups
G) 30-Second Plank

Repeat B through G two more times! Enjoy the rest of your day.
