Toxins don’t just come from what we EAT, but also from what we BREATHE in. Here are a few foods that can help sponge up all the bad stuff, eliminating it from our system:

  • Apples
  • Beets
  • Broccoli
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Cilantro: (EXTREMELY effective)
  • Dandelion Greens (looks like a regular leafy green if the produce section. Really yummy with a balsamic dressing)
  • Garlic (preferably raw)
  • Green Tea
  • Lemons
  • Oatmeal
  • Parsley
  • Peppers (any type)

Take note for the next time you go to the store! Load up on a couple of these foods each and every day. It’s a simple way to live healthier.
