What is your professional background?

I'm a Mayo Clinic Health & Wellness Coach and received my master's degree in Health & Nutrition education in 2014. I'm the author of the national best seller, The Belly Burn Plan. I've also been a personal trainer since 2004.

I also hold a master's degree in Communication, a BA Journalism and a BS in Psychology.

I've helped hundreds of people lose unhealthy weight and get into great shape. My approach is highly personalized to each of my clients.

I adore working with my clients. They're wonderful, motivated people. I'm one lucky lady to do what I do! 

How do you work with your clients?
I work online with clients all over the world and from all walks of life. This virtual way of coaching clients allows me to use whatever works best for my client, including FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, etc.
What private coaching services do you offer?
The service I offer is customized coaching that revolves around your goals. My approach is to integrate nutrition, fitness and lifestyle into each client's program. Each program is unique to my clients' lives.

Tell me about you!
I'm a 46-year-old mom to three kids. My youngest is in preschool and my oldest is going into high school, so my life revolves around my kids. We have a dog named Coach. We don't know what breed she is, exactly, but she's a sweetheart.

I live in Chicago.
I'm a huge nutrition nerd.
I love HIIT workouts.
I'm crazy about yoga.

I really like red wine, too. I wish I knew more about it. I think if I wasn't into nutrition as much, I might be studying to me a sommelier or moving to a place where I can grow grapes and make wine.
