Hello! I’m Traci. I’ve worked with people all over the world, helping them look and feel better through the foods that they eat. You may have seen me on The Steve Harvey Show, Dr. Oz, The TODAY Show, in SELF and SHAPE magazine. I’ve been a weight loss and nutrition coach for over 15 years.
My passion is making people healthier through diet, but not dieting. Does that make sense?
I don’t believe in dieting. I think diets make people crazy. And to be honest, diets also make us fat, unhealthy and confused about what real food is.
