You're Registered (important details, please read)
Even though the New Year may be a ways away, and you have bunch of stuff you probably need to do for yourself or your family before January 2nd, it's always good to have a plan.
The 7-Day Sugar Detox will be a great way for you to start off the year. This is a free program I'm offering to help get as many people on the right track at the beginning of the year.
Throughout that first week, you'll get:
- A complete 7-day meal plan*
- Plenty of delicious recipes
- Full shopping list
- Daily goals and coaching email
- Zoom group coaching session
*If you've participated in a group program with me in the past, the structure of the meal plan will be the same, but the meal plan itself will be different.
Cutting out sugar is sometimes the HARDEST thing for people to do - especially for a week. But once you're past the first few days, it gets easier. I want to help you along each and every day, so don't be shy to email me back and ask questions.
When will you be in touch with me?
The next time you'll hear from me will be a few days before the end of the year, the again on New Year's Eve and then daily beginning January 2nd.
What if I can't start it on January 2nd?
If you will not be around the first week of January, and can only begin later, that's no problem. You can begin the program whenever it's convenient for you. You'll can just refer back to the emails I sent you!
You'll also have the option to join me in a closed Facebook group, available to only you and the others that are a part of the program. I'll open this group before we begin. It's entirely optional, but a great way to chat with other group members.
I'm excited to work with you throughout the first week of January.
