TDM 60-Hour Cleanse Guidelines

Mobilize fat. Clean your body. Feel amazing!

Why cleanse?
Anyone can benefit from a short-term cleanse. We’re all exposed to toxins, from the water we drink to the air we breathe. Toxins are truly unavoidable, no matter how clean we eat and drink.

These toxins make themselves at home throughout our bodies, especially in fat tissue. When we cleanse, we tn_drinking watermobilize fat, which helps to move toxins out of our body. Toxins create what I like to think of as a roadblock for weight loss. Cleansing breaks down the roadblock by handcuffing toxins and dragging them out of our bodies.

When should you cleanse?
Even though there are cleansing that last much longer, a cleanse lasting two days is enough for you to hit the ground running. Some people like to do short-term cleanses every month, some once a quarter, and some once a year. Regardless, you’ll feel and see the benefits right away!

The TDM 60-Hour Cleanse is entirely optional, however, I recommend that everyone do it. The cleanse is not complicated, includes common foods and doesn’t require fasting. The purpose of doing the cleanse before jumping into the nuts and bolts of the 10LB Club is to mobilize fat, release toxins and restore your body with energy.

Which body type can do the cleanse?
While the 10LB Club emphasizes eating right for your body type, this cleanse is appropriate for any body type: apple, pear, babyface and athlete.

Before you start your cleanse…
No matter what, don’t ruin the cleanse before it starts by going with the “one-last-hurrah” approach in the days before you begin.  Continue eating healthy. It’s not a time to splurge on cookies, a couple extra glasses of wine or handfuls of chips. If you do eat or drink excessively before you start the cleanse, it will be more challenging to manage your blood sugar levels.  No one wants that!

Foods you should cut out one day before you begin your cleanse include,

  • Caffeinated beverages, with the exception of green tea
  • Fatty meats
  • High fat dairy
  • Sugary foods
  • Fried foods
  • Alcohol
