Ketchup has the potential to be a really great condiment! Unfortunately, most store-bought varieties are full of genetically modified corn syrup. This healthy homemade ketchup recipe is made with honey and apple cider vinegar - both of which your body can feel good about eating.
Next to mayo and salsa, ketchup is the third most consumed condiment in the United States. We eat a lot of it! If ketchup is popular in your home, it's worth taking the time to make sure that it's as healthy as possible.
All in all, it took me about 15 minutes to whip up a batch of this yummy ketchup (not including cooling time). Personally, I'm more of a mustard girl, but love this homespun version of ketchup on my steamed veggies.
