Media
Twenty years on national television. Nothing I say is for sale.
No supplement line. No affiliate deals. No sponsor deciding what the answer is before I open my mouth. When I tell a producer something works, or doesn't, there is nothing riding on which way it lands.
That's why I keep getting invited back, and it's why I'll say the less exciting thing on air when the evidence points that way.
Available for interviews, expert commentary, panels and corporate speaking.
Credentialed, camera-ready, and entirely unsponsored.

What I talk about
The topics I'm usually called for.
- 01What actually happens to a woman's body in perimenopause and menopause. Not the symptom list. The mechanism, in language a viewer can follow.
- 02The wellness industry's midlife problem. Supplements, quick fixes and trends aimed at women 40+, and which of them hold up when you look.
- 03Nutrition after 40, without the restriction. Why the eating patterns that worked at 30 stop working, and what does work instead.
- 04GLP-1 medications and the conversation around them. Balanced, evidence-led, and not on either team.
- 05How to get more out of a fifteen minute doctor's appointment. Practical, and it's the segment that generates the most viewer mail.
Background
Who's speaking.
I'm a board certified health and wellness coach through the Mayo Clinic, nationally board certified through the NBHWC, and I hold an MS in Health and Nutrition Education. I wrote The Belly Burn Plan, a national bestseller published by HarperCollins.
I've coached more than 1,000 women through perimenopause and menopause over twenty years. I don't sell supplements and I don't take affiliate money, which means when I say something works or doesn't, there's nothing riding on the answer.
