This is a fresh, healthy and easy recipe that’s great for a quick morning breakfast. Avocado is incredibly versatile and often overlooked when it comes to smoothies. 

Apple Types: Use full fat plain yogurt for your smoothie. If you’d like to use Green yogurt, go ahead. Your body will love it. The extra fat and protein will turn your metabolism on and keep you feeling energized for hours. 

Babyface Types: Use low fat plain yogurt. If you’d like to use low fat Greek yogurt and a few extra strawberries, go ahead. Your breakfast should be a little bit bigger in comparison to the rest of your daily meals. 

Pears and Athletes: Use low fat plain yogurt. Steer clear of the Greek yogurt for this breakfast. While Greek yogurt is loaded with protein, your body type doesn’t need quite this much in the morning. 

Strawberry Avocado Smoothies
serves 1

1 c. frozen strawberries
¼  ripe avocado
¼ c. plain yogurt (see body type descriptions)
1 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 packet stevia (or 2 tsp honey)

Puree all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender. Enjoy.
