- 1 cup non-dairy, non-soy unsweetened milk (almond, coconut or hemp)
- 1 cup fresh, or frozen and thawed berries (any berry you prefer, unsweetened)
- ½ to 1 tsp of cinnamon
- stevia to sweeten
