These almond and honey crusted pork chops are good for all four body types if the portion sizes and sides are appropriate. This is a simple and flavorful dish that takes no time to prepare. 

Apples & Athletes: This makes a great dinner for you as is. Pair with roasted asparagus and a spinach salad and you've got a great meal that's the perfect size.

Babyfaces & Pears: This is a great dish for you, too, but cut the portions in half. Babyfaces, pair this with a non-starchy vegetable and you've got a great dinner. Pears, add a little quinoa, rice or maybe sweet potato to your dish along with another vegetable and you'll be completely satisfied. 

Almond and Honey Crusted Pork Chops

Serves 4- 6

4 thick-cut pork chops
½ c. almond meal
Âź c. honey
½ tsp. sea salt

Preheat oven to 375. Mix together sea salt and almond meal in a medium size bowl. Cover one side of the pork chops with a thin layer of honey. Dredge the honey-covered side in almond meal mixture. Cover the opposite side of the pork chops with honey, and dredge in almond meal mixture. Bake on baking sheet for 30 minutes.
