Burpees are the centerpiece of this three circuit full body workout. Along with the burpees are several exercises that hone in on shaping the big muscles of the legs and the stabilizing muscles of the abs. This workout is 40 minutes long and will keep you moving the entire time!

Note: All exercises that are bracketed with a ** indicate this is a high intensity interval. Effort level should be high and heart rates should elevate as well.

30 Plank Walk Outs

30 Second Side Plank (each side)
