29 GREAT DAYS WINNERS
Congratulations to all the winners of 29 Great Days, the first contest ever run on TDM that asked one question every day: “What did you do yesterday that made you healthier today?” Among all the entries, a great panel of judges sorted through the responses to determine the top ten – one overall winner and nine runners up, including:

THE NEXT CONTEST RUN ON TDM
Without letting the cat out of the bag, a new contest is in the works. The only thing I can mention at this time is that it will be fitness-focused and timed around a little event hosted in London over the summer called the Olympics. Ever heard of it? Stay tuned for details.
