I'm headed for my physical this morning. I am ready to see on an "official" scale that I have lost weight. I will happily hold my pants up (because they are too big) while standing on that scale. I can also truthfully say to the doctor that I work out 3-4 times a week. Ah, the winds of change create an awesome breeze!
